We are seeking for our headquarters in Heidelberg a highly motivated

Biologist for Medical Software Documentation (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Working closely with a cross-functional team, you will create, maintain, and manage documentation for our innovative medical IT solutions.

  • Writing product documentation, including user guides and online help, training, and technical documentation
  • Collaborating from an early stage in the development process, you represent the user perspective to ensure user-friendly language and UI/UX implementation

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional education, ideally in the Life Sciences
  • Knowledge of genetics and molecular biology
  • Ability to master complex information quickly and transform it into user-friendly, readable, clear documentation that follows corporate style guidelines
  • Writing experience in marketing, communications, or translation
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills in both English and German
  • Clear, concise writing style in English
  • Well organized, with the ability to handle multiple deliverables within tight schedules
  • High standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Experience in software documentation for medical audiences considered a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office writing tools, knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker would be beneficial
