Head of Field Application Support – Clinical Decision Support Oncology (m/f/d)

You will lead our globally active field application support team for our innovative clinical decision support software offering. Win new customers in convincing product demos. Represent the company on conferences and key events. Drive customer satisfaction by providing excellent product trainings and expert-support. Collect and prioritize customer feedback and have an impact on the future and success of our products. 

Your main tasks

• • Technical and disciplinary lead of the Field Application Support Team
  • Plan and conduct MH Guide software demonstrations with interested parties and at professional events
  • Own and optimize key support processes and SOPs for customer onboardings and feedback collection
  • Training and supporting of MH Guide users in routine clinical practice to support treatment decisions for cancer patients
  • Support of sales and business development activities at customer meetings and conferences
  • Work closely with product management and product development teams to further develop our Clinical Decision Support Software product

Your skills and qualification

• • University degree, ideally with a PhD in biomedical sciences or medical doctor
  • 3+ years of work experience as application specialist or similar positions
  • Ideally previous experience in leading a team
  • Expertise in molecular biology and genomic analysis methods
  • Knowledge in the field of biomarkers, companion diagnostics, oncology
  • Experienced in writing scientific texts and presenting scientific content
  • Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Very good work organization and ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel at home and abroad (approx. 30% of the working time)
